I include this because this is one of the things I am personally always looking for after a night or day of drinking. Heartburn...am I right?

LiquidIV

MAKE SURE YOUR GUESTS STAY HYDRATED. The main reason for hangovers...people didn't drink enough water. Don't let them make that excuse! Drink before bed and/or right when you wake up for quick hydration.

Hand Sanitizer

A fun customizable piece to the hangover kits. I created custom labels using Canva! Another essential for your guests to have on hand when out and about.

Toothpaste/toothbrush

I can't tell you how many times guests forget their toothbrush or toothpaste. It's a common misconception that the hotels will have it and they never do.

Breath mints

Use for a quick freshen up. Another way to add some custom love - I created custom labels on Canva for this, too!

Bandaids

Another very common use by party guests. You never know when you are going to need to cover up a blister from the heels or patch up a small cut from getting too rowdy at those party games!

Sunscreen and/or Chapstick

Always overlooked by party goers, but so important. Skin cancer is no joke. Stay protected and help your guests do the same.
